In the instance that you don’t love your delivery as much as we do - We happily accept returns for change of mind for all non-sale stock within 30 days from date of delivery, Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original packaging/tags attached.
If you receive your items/s and you are not happy with the quality of your purchase, please contact us and we can arrange a refund or exchange.
Customers can either opt for a store credit or refund.
- Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and non-refundable. (We suggest you use tracked shipping on all returns as Lil Groms Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any returns not received).
- Store Credits will be issued at 110% of the original buy price excluding shipping.
- All refunds will be processed minus shipping costs.
- Please contact us for exchanges to check stock availability.

Store credit for returns will be valid for 12 months from date of return.Please note: Lil' Groms does not refund any initial shipping charges or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes (these are not included in our prices).
